Refund & Cancellation Policy

Arthiva Labs primarily offers digital products, reports, trackers, templates and feature unlocks. Because digital products may be delivered or unlocked immediately after successful payment, completed purchases are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once access or delivery has occurred, except where required by applicable law.
If you are charged but do not receive the purchased digital product or unlock, or if you are charged more than once for the same transaction, contact universeliberate@gmail.com with the payment reference and product name. We will review the issue and, where verified, arrange delivery, access correction or an appropriate refund.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.
