Digital Product Delivery Policy

Arthiva Labs sells digital products and feature access through selected product websites. We do not currently ship physical goods from the Arthiva Labs parent website.

After a successful payment, the purchased digital product may be unlocked on screen, made available for download, generated for the customer or delivered using the contact method described on the relevant product page.

Delivery is generally immediate or initiated shortly after confirmed payment. Some personalised or generated digital outputs may require additional processing time; the relevant product page will state this before purchase.

If payment succeeds and delivery or access fails, contact universeliberate@gmail.com or +91 88224 08355 with the product name and payment reference. Please do not send full card details or sensitive banking credentials.
